Free delivery across the UK.

UK delivery

Konnect Electricals offers free standard UK delivery. There is no delivery charge for this service. Any optional delivery service, its cost and any location restrictions must be shown before you place an order.

Availability and delivery times

Products shown as out of stock are not available for immediate dispatch. Contact us before planning an installation that depends on a particular delivery date.

For consumer orders, goods must be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made unless a different period has been agreed with you. Estimated dates do not remove your rights if delivery is late.

Late or missing delivery

If an order has not arrived, contact us with your order number. Where the law allows, you may ask us to deliver within an appropriate additional period and cancel if we fail to do so. You may cancel without an additional period where we refuse delivery or an essential delivery deadline was agreed before ordering.

Responsibility for your order

For consumer orders, we remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you identify to receive them, takes physical possession. A different rule may apply if you independently commission a carrier that we did not offer.

Damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us if your delivery is damaged, incomplete or incorrect. Your order number and photographs can help us investigate. Reporting promptly helps us resolve the issue, but a short reporting deadline does not replace your statutory rights.
